How to find past invoices

All past invoices can be found in the “Billing Portal” accessed from the Account page.

At the bottom of the screen is a list of all paid invoices with a link to download a PDF copy of each.

If there is no “Open Billing Portal” button on your account page then you are most likely on our manual billing, please contact support and we’ll help out.

How to update your credit card or debit card payment details

To update the credit card or debit card details for your subscription payment, go the Account page and click on the “Open Billing Portal” button:

Here you can add a new payment card and set it to the be the default for your subscription.

If there is no “Open Billing Portal” button in your account then you are most likely on our manual billing, please contact support and we’ll check and let you know how to change your card.

Are my payment card details secure?

Yes, we don’t store any card details on our servers at all, this is all held and managed by our dedicated payment platform who are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
