How to find past invoices
To access your invoices go to the profile settings wheel on the top right hand corner of your Touch Stay account and click Manage Billing. From the Billing page, click the Open Billing Portal button to access. You will be taken to another page where you can a list of all paid invoices with a link to download a PDF copy of all past invoices.
If there is no “Open Billing Portal” button on your account page then you are most likely on our manual billing, please contact support and we’ll help out.
How to update your credit card or debit card payment details
To update the credit card or debit card details for your subscription payment follow the steps outlined above and click the Open Billing Portal button on the Billing page. You'll be able to add a new payment card and set it to be the default for your subscription.
Are my payment card details secure?
Yes, we don’t store any card details on our servers at all, this is all held and managed by our dedicated payment platform who are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
