Adding New Templates

Templates Explained

Your Touch Stay guide content is all built around the categories, subcategories and topics added to Content Hub. This allows you to share content between guides very easily, making the management of guides with lots of similarities very efficient. If you would like to add other types of guides to your login, with totally different content, then you can add a new Template to your account.

Each Template has its own unique Content Hub and guides connected to it. It will also have a separated Memo, Settings, Integrations and Data Dashboard. The dropdown on the header navigation bar allows you to switch between Templates, and then each of the sub-pages for that Template are accessed from the sidebar menu.

How to add a new Template

To get started, click on the Templates dropdown and select "Add other template".

This will open the Templates tab, where you can use the "Add template" button to create a new one.

There are several templates to choose from and each comes with some helpful starter content, though it can be fully customised, just the same as your first one. Select the most suitable Template from the dropdown, update the name if you prefer, and then click Save.

Your new Template will now be added to your account, and you can switch between your Templates using the dropdown on the left of the header bar.

New Templates do not come with any guides or Memo message templates and will have default settings. You can now add new guides, update the Template settings and use Memo in the usual way.

Templates Available

• Short Term Rental - guest guides if you rent an apartment, a villa, a cottage, etc.
• RV / Motorhome - guides if you rent RVs/motorhomes/camper vans.
• Destination Guide - use this template to create a destination guidebook, e.g. if you're marketing a location.
• Events & Conferences - guides to equip attendees with venue info, the agenda, speaker bios, accommodation options, and more.
• Cleaning Guide - provide cleaning guidelines so that your property is staged and sparkling for the next guest.
• Owner Onboarding Manual - guides to manage the expectations of home-owners by collating processes, SLAs, and more in one place.
• Standard Operating Procedure - choose this template to create an SOP.
• Wedding - create your own wedding guide, so guests have everything they need to know about your big day.
• Pet Sitting - give your home sitters all the info they need to care for your home and pets.
• Home Exchange - provide your Home Exchange guests with everything they need to look after your home.
• Custom Template -  this template is blank, choose it if you don't need any suggested content to get you started.
