Message template to use when sharing with guests
You can either share your Touch Stay digital guidebook by pasting the link into your current communication flow, or by setting up scheduled email/text message alerts in Memo.
Memo provides ready-made message templates for you to use or to customise (or, you can create your own custom messages).

If you just want to paste your guidebook link into your existing messages, we’ve created some templated wording for you to use when inviting your guests.
You don’t have to rigidly stick to this but it might help if you’re struggling to know how to introduce the guide. Below you’ll find the first message and then two reminder messages.
The key point is to quickly demonstrate that there is value in reading the guide, so we suggest using bullet points to highlight salient informatin. You could make those bullets the most frequently asked questions you get.
