How to disconnect an integration

If you need to disconnect an integration permanently then please reach out to support@touchstay.com (or by using the support contact form in your account) and we’ll remove the integration from your account.

If you only want to temporarily stop all reservations from syncing with Touch Stay then this can be done from the “Reservation Sync Settings” for the chosen integration. You’ll find this under the Settings option for the integration found on the Integrations tab, deselect all guides and then Save.
