How to disconnect an integration

Temporarily Stop Reservation Syncing
If you’d like to temporarily stop all reservations from syncing with Touch Stay:
- Go to the Integrations page in your Touch Stay account.
- Click the Sync Reservations tab.
- Click the Unsync button for each guide
Completely Disconnect an Integration
⚠️ Important:
Only disconnect an integration if you won’t be using it again.
If you’re having issues, contact our support team first. We can often fix it without disconnecting.
Reconnecting the same integration can cause duplicate data.
If you want to fully disconnect an integration from Touch Stay:
- Go to the Integrations page in your Touch Stay account.
- Go to the Partners tab
- Click the Disconnect button
- Follow the on-screen instructions to fully disconnect.
Connecting to a New Integration
If you plan to connect to another integration:
- Once you’ve disconnected the old integration, go to the Integrations page.
- Open the Partners tab.
- Select the new integration you want to connect.
- Click the Connect button.
Key Integration Tips - Important Notes
- Review the relevant Knowledge Base article for a full step-by-step guide on how to connect the new integration correctly. You can find the link in the integration’s description at the partners tab or here in our Help Center.
- If you have used Memo before or have already completed the Sync reservations step on your previous integration, we recommend running the Sync reservations step with the “New reservations only” option when setting up the new integration.
This prevents duplicate Memo messages from being sent to existing reservations.
You cannot connect multiple integrations to a single guidebook template.
