The affiliate banner explained
The affiliate banner is an optional feature to generate commission from your guide. When active, a discrete banner will be added to your guide with a link to sign up for Touch Stay. This link will be your unique affiliate link and if the user then subscribes to a paid plan you will earn a commission.
How do I activate the banner?
From the Data Dashboard under the Affiliate program tab, click on the "Join the program" button. This will then create you an account with our affiliate service Tapfiliate using the login email of the Touch Stay account owner. A unique link will be generated, and the banner will be activated on your guides. Here's an example of how it would look in your guide:
What happens if I deactivate the banner?
- If you deactivate the banner, then it will stop showing on your guides.
- You will remain a member of the affiliate program and will still earn commission on any clicks or conversions.
- You can also continue to share your affiliate link with your network or through social channels, and we encourage you to do so!
How does the affiliate program work?
The affiliate program is very straight-forward. When you join, you get a unique link to include in your guide banner, or share directly with your network or through social channels. When someone signs up for a Touch Stay account using your link, and later subscribes to a paid plan, then you earn a commission of 20% of their subscription. That’s 20% of their spend in your pocket. E.g. if someone you’ve referred spends $200, you get $40. Just like that!
For the next two years, you get another 20% of that customer’s spend if they renew/upgrade their subscription.
