Hosteeva Integration
The steps to complete your integration:
- Step 1: Connect your Touch Stay & Hosteeva accounts

Connect your Touch Stay and Hosteeva accounts to import Hosteeva property & reservation data into your guides and make it easier to share guides with your guests.
Step 1. Connect your Touch Stay & Hosteeva accounts
You will need your Hosteeva Auth Code to get started. Login to your Hosteeva account and click on API Managament. Next, click "Generate Auth Code" and copy the Auth Code.
In Touch Stay go to Integrations and click Connect under the Hosteeva logo. Paste your Hosteeva Auth Code into the box and click 'Save'.
Step 2. Match Hosteeva properties
You can now match existing Touch Stay guides to your Hosteeva properties. Go to Integrations > Match and use the drop-downs to match the correct Hosteeva property for each Touch Stay guide.
Step 3. Import Hosteeva properties
If you have any remaining unmatched properties from Hosteeva, go to Integrations > Import. Click the remaining properties you want to import and click ‘Import selected’.
Each imported listing will create a new Touch Stay guide and populate them with the following details from Hosteeva:
- Listing Name
- Listing Address
- Listing Location
Step 4. Complete guide creation (for new Touch Stay customers only)
Now is the time to check the content of your guides to make sure they are ready to share with guests before you complete the integration and sync your Hosteeva reservations.

Step 5. Personalisation settings
You can map Hosteeva reservation data fields to Touch Stay custom fields. These can then be inserted into guides and guest messages to personalise them for each reservation. The following paragraphs explain how to map and sync Hosteeva reservation data to your custom fields or topic customisations.
The following Hosteeva reservation data fields will be automatically mapped to standard field codes in your Touch Stay account:
- Guest first name (data type: Text)
- Guest last name (data type: Text)
- Arrival date (data type: Number)
- Departure date (data type: Number)
- Guest contact phone number* (data type: Number)
- Guest contact email address* (data type: Text)
*Some OTAs and booking sites do not always provide the guest email address or phone number, so the availability of these two data points are dependent on the platform the guest used to complete their reservation.
The following Hosteeva reservation data fields are also available through the integration. They are optional and can be manually mapped to a Touch Stay custom field:
- Door code (data type: Text)
- Planned Check In Time (data type: Number)
- Planned Check Out Time (data type: Number)
- Check In Instructions (data type: Text)
- Check Out Instructions (data type: Text)
- Number of Adults (data type: Number)
- Number of Children (data type: Number)
- Number of Pets (data type: Number)
- Reservation Confirmation (data type: Text)
To connect any of these optional data fields to Touch Stay custom fields go to Integrations > Map data and click the '+Add new mapping' button.
Step 6: Sync reservations
Once your guides are ready, then you can start syncing with Hosteeva.
Go to the Sync reservations tab on the Integration page. Select the guides you want to sync using the checkboxes.
Use the “Select All” option at the top right of the list to select all in one go. Click "Sync Selected" to submit.
Here you can choose whether to import all your future reservations or have Touch Stay only import new reservations.
- If you are new to Touch Stay then choose the “All reservations” option
- If you are already using Memo, Touch Stay's guest messaging tool, before you connect your Hosteeva account then it's best to choose the option “New reservations only” to prevent duplicate reservations being imported.
Next, select the guides to start syncing by using the checkboxes (note the “Select All” option at the bottom left) and click Submit.
If you have selected “All reservations” then all your future dated reservations from Hosteeva will now be imported and will generate invitations and pass a unique link back to Hosteeva for use in Hosteeva messaging. All future reservations for guides with the sync active will also now be imported automatically.
Hosteeva will now manage the communications to share the unique link for each reservation with your guests. If you have any questions about this process, please reach out to Hosteeva support.
