How to add images to your guide

There are two ways to add images:

1. At the top of the topic box: ideal if you want just one image in a topic.
2. Inline with your topic text: at any position in the topic content box - ideal if you want to add multiple images to a single topic

How to Add Images at the Top of Your Topic

1. Go to the Edit opic option by clicking the edit pencil next to the Topic title in Content Hub, or found in the 3 dots menu for the topic on the right side of the Content Hub where you want the image to display.
2. Next, click on the 'Add Media' or 'Change Media' button underneath the Content box.
3. Select either 'Add New Photo/Video' or 'Select Photo/Video'. The second option allows you to use images that have already been added to your account. If you choose this option:
   1. Find the photo by using the 'Filter media' search bar.
   2. Scroll through the photo gallery and select the desired photo.
4. Scroll down and click the 'Save' button.

Once back on the Edit Topic screen, you can continue editing the topic or simply scroll down to save the change.

How to add an image inline at any position in the Topic box

1. Go to the Edit Topic option by clicking the edit pencil next to the Topic title in Content Hub, or found in the 3 dots menu for the Topic on the right side of the Content Hub where you want the image to display
2. Go to the toolbar of the Content Box and click the Image icon.
3. Select 'New Photo from Drive' or use the filter media search bar to find images already in your account. Then, scroll through the gallery and choose the desired photo.
4. Once the photo is selected, use the 'Set Photo Size' option to choose from full-width to icon image size.
5. Scroll down and click the 'Save' button.

Once back on the Edit Topic screen, you can continue editing the Topic or simply scroll down to save the changes.

Note

To change the size of an image displayed in the text box you must delete the current image using the regular delete key (just as if you were deleting some text) and then add the image again and choose a different size. Note that you won’t need to upload the image again, you can simply select it from your existing images.

Photo organisation explained

Touch Stay has separate tabs for photos & videos depending on where the media was originally uploaded, Content Hub has a media tab and every Guide will also have its own media tab. There’s no difference between them other than providing separation of the media to help organise your photos and videos easier. When selecting photos or videos for topics (and cover photos) you can always access photos or videos from other Guides, or Content Hub, by using the “Filter media” option at the top of the photo selection section.

The first block of media will be photos which match your chosen filter, keep scrolling down for the videos section. The photos and videos in the selection screen will display in the order in which they were uploaded. This is only relevant to the media tabs and media selection screens, the photos/videos will show in your guest view only when attached to topics of content and will therefore follow the topic order.
