How to create a new Tag

Go to the Content Hub in the template you want to add a new tag. Click the down arrow next to Tags and click '+ New tag'.

Give your tag a name and choose a colour. We recommend using abbreviations for your tag names to prevent the tag selection screens becoming over crowded.

Apply this new tag to any of your guides using the “Select guides” option. There is also a checkbox to apply this tag to every topic in the Content Hub for this template, should you wish to do so.

Things to note:

1. Additional tags are only required if you have more than one guide per template. If you only have one guide per template you will not need more than the default 'All guides' tag or have the ability to add new tags.
