How to create a new Tag
Tags let you control which content appears in each of your guides.
You can create new tags to group guides together, edit existing ones to update names or colours, and decide which guides each tag applies to, all from the Content Hub.

How to create a new Tag
- Go to the Content Hub for the template where you want to add a new tag.
- Click the down arrow next to Tags.
- Select + New Tag.
Give your tag a clear name and choose a colour.
đź’ˇ Tip: Use short names or abbreviations to keep your tag list tidy and easy to navigate.
- Under Select Guides, choose which guides the tag should apply to.
- (Optional) Tick the checkbox to apply this tag to every topic in your Content Hub for this template.

📝 Things to Note
- You only need additional tags if you have more than one guide per template.
- If you have just one guide per template, you’ll only use the default All Guides tag and won’t be able to create new ones.

How to edit or modify a Tag
- Go to the Content Hub.
- Click the down arrow next to Tags.
- Find the tag you want to update and click the arrow icon next to it.
- Select Edit to open the tag settings.
