How to update tags on topics in bulk

There is now an easy way to adjust the tags that are applied to each topic. Instead of going through all of your topics one by one and manually selecting or deselecting tags in the topic content editor, you can do this as a bulk action directly in Content Hub.

Go to Content Hub > Tags, choose the tag you want to adjust and click 'Manage topics'.

Here you will find a list of all your subcategories in the left column Select a subcategory and the topics within that subcategory will appear in the right column.

Use the check boxes to adjust whether a tag is applied to this topic or not.

  • You can update whole subcategories at a time using the checkbox in the subcategory column
  • You can select a subcategory and then update the topics individually from the right column.

This is great if you have created a new guide and want to apply certain content just to that guide using tags.
