How to change the SMS sender name

For countries that support alphanumeric sender IDs*, you can change the default SMS sender name from "Touch Stay" to one of your own choice.

To update this:

1. Go to the Message Hub page.
2. Open the Message Hub Settings tab
3. Under the SMS sender name option, click Edit.
4. A box will appear where you can enter the new sender name to be used for SMS messages sent via Message Hub.

⚠️ Important Note

The sender name must:

• Be between 1–11 characters long
• Contain at least one letter
• Include only letters, numbers, and the following symbols: + - _ &

*The countries that support alphanumeric sender IDs are:

Austria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, and Ukraine.
