Help CenterFor countries that support alphanumeric sender IDs* you can change the default SMS sender name from "Touch Stay" to one of your own choice.
This is done from the Account page Settings tab under the "SMS sender name" option. Click the Edit button to open a box where you can update the sender name to be used on your SMS sent using Memo.
The sender name must be between 1 - 11 characters long and contain at least one letter. It can only be made up of letters, numbers and the following symbols + - _ &
