How to create a new Tag

In Content Hub there is a dropdown next to the Tags column header, click this and select “+ New Tag”. You then need to give your Tag a name and choose a colour. We recommend using abbreviations for your Tag names to prevent the Tag selection screens becoming over crowded.

You can then link this new Tag to any of your guides using the “Select guides” option and there is also a checkbox to add this Tag to every topic in Content Hub, should you wish to do so.

A couple of things to note:

1. Additional Tags are only required if you manage multiple guides and therefore the Tags dropdown is only available on accounts with multiple guides. You must have a subscription allowing more than one guide otherwise these options are hidden.
2. That the Tags dropdown is only available at the top of Content Hub, it’s not accessible from the sticky header if you have scrolled down the page.
