How to update Tags on Topics in bulk

If you want to make major changes to your Tag structure and update the active Tags on your topics in bulk then there is an option in the Tags drop-down at the top of Content Hub. Click the dropdown, find the Tag you want to edit and go to the menu second level, then click “Manage Topics”.

Here you will find a list of all your Subcategories in the left column. Select a Subcategory and the Topics within that Subcategory will appear in the right column.

Use the check boxes to update the Tag status. You can update whole Subcategories at a time using the checkbox in the Subcategory column. Or, select a Subcategory and then update the topics individually from the right column.
