My guests say they don’t receive the invitation email, what can I do?

Ask them to check their junk mail folder and add noreply@touchstay.com to their safe senders list, we do everything we can to avoid spam filters but we can’t avoid them completely. If they still can’t find it then please send us a message through the Support tab and we can look into it.
