Help CenterTo help gauge how useful your visitors are finding your Touch Stay digital guide a friendly "I Love This Guide" popup will prompt people to answer a simple question "Are you loving this guide?".
- Visitors can respond with either a thumbs up or thumbs down. The popup is timed to only show after visitors have been using the guide for a little while.
- Once a response has been submitted then it won't show again for that person.
How to see your responses:
Download the feedback popup responses by going to Guides > Downloads and selecting 'Love Responses' from the list.
This will generate a file with all the responses submitted for all of your guides.
How to turn off the popup:
The "I Love This Guide" popup can be enabled or disabled from the Settings tab of the Account page. Once enabled the popup will be active on all of your guides.
