Video 1: An Introduction to Message Hub

Tyann walks you through how to set up and edit message templates. This is the foundation of using Message Hub where you tell it what messages to send (email and/or sms), when to send them, to whom, and containing what information.

Having set up your message templates (video 2), Tyann now walks you through how to trigger the automated messages. In other words how to send them to each of your guests.
