Which mobile devices does Touch Stay work on?

Touch Stay works on all the major mobile web browsers and operating systems as listed below (a complete list can be found here). It is important to keep devices and web browsers up to date and we do not support all legacy versions of many browsers.

iOS Devices (iOS 11 or higher)

• Apple Safari 11.3 or higher

Android Devices (Android 5 or higher)

• Chrome
• Firefox
• Samsung Internet
• Ecosia
• Brave

Notable exceptions are:

• iOS devices not using Safari and iOS devices that can’t be updated to run iOS 11 (a full list of supported iOS devices can be found here)
• Amazon Tablets (Fire, Fire HD etc) – the guidebook will work on Amazon tablets using the Silk browser but the add to home screen function isn’t supported by Amazon Silk.
