How to update the contact details displayed to your guests/usersIf you have only one guide, or multiple guides but want the same details to be used for all of them, then you can update the details from the Edit Profile section of the Account page. The contact details are all optional and can consist of a name/greeting, an email address, phone number (with a choice of phone or SMS as the prompt) and WhatsApp. If you have multiple guides and want different contact details on them, then you should update the details individually from each Guide Details page (click on the guide name in the Guides list page).

How to update the logo or mobile device iconThe logo/avatar This sits at the top of the Home tab of your guide. The logo can be a photo, or your business logo file, and must be in .png or .jpg format. We recommend dimensions being between 50 and 200px. 💡 TOP TIP: we get people asking how to add a round logo or circular logo, instead of it being square or rectangular. The answer is that you’ll get the option to make it round ONLY if the logo you upload is perfectly square.

How to change your account login email address or passwordOn the Account page Settings tab you will find options to update the login email address and the password for your account. Note that the login email address is also where any support ticket replies are sent to, along with any service updates. If you have forgotten your password then you will need to use the “Forgotten password?” link on the login page.

Pricing and SubscriptionsWhere do I find out about pricing? Pricing for the various subscription options can be found on the pricing page of our website. Or alternatively, if you have signed up for an account then you can check on the Account page. Use the “Activate Now!” button and you’ll be presented with all the subscription options available to you. If you’re not ready to subscribe right away then you can simply close that screen.

Payments and InvoicesHow to find past invoices All past invoices can be found in the “Billing Portal” accessed from the Account page. At the bottom of the screen is a list of all paid invoices with a link to download a PDF copy of each. If there is no “Open Billing Portal” button on your account page then you are most likely on our manual billing, please contact support and we’ll help out.
