How to view your subscription

To see your subscription, go to Profile > Billing.

  • If you are a new customer and have not yet activated your subscription, you can click 'Activate now!' to start your subscription. If you’re not ready to subscribe yet, then you can simply close this screen.
  • For active customers, here you can view your current subscription and either add or remove guides from your subscription by clicking 'Update subscription'.

How pricing is calculated when a subscription is upgraded

Upgrades to subscriptions result in a prorated charge being made to your credit card. The new full subscription rate will be charged on your usual subscription plan renewal date. The prorated charge will be based on the number of days left on your current plan, at the difference between the 2 daily rates.

For example:

You are on a 1-property paid annually plan at $99, with a start date of 1st January 2023. On 20th May 2023, you upgraded to a 2-property paid annually plan at $150. You will be charged immediately for the upgrade on the remaining 225 days of your plan year at the difference between the daily rates for a prorated charge of $31.44*. Then, on the 1st January each subsequent year, your plan will renew at $150. (* $150-$99 = $51 rate difference. $51 / 365 x 225 = $31.44)

How to downgrade your account

Remove any guides that you no longer need, and then adjust your subscription using 'Update subscription'. Downgrades will take effect on your next renewal date.

You can find out more about how to delete guides here.

How to cancel your account

Click 'Open billing portal' and then 'Cancel plan'. The cancellation will then take effect at the end of your current billing period, meaning you can continue using Touch Stay until that time.

📌 Important Reminder

If you have already started a downgrade, the cancellation button will no longer be available. Your downgrade will take effect on your next billing date.

If you would still like to cancel your account entirely, please contact our support team, and we can process the cancellation for you.

How to update your credit card or debit card payment details

To update the credit card or debit card details for your subscription payment, click 'Open billing portal'. You'll be able to add a new payment card and set it to be the default for your subscription.

Are my payment card details secure?

Yes, we don’t store any card details on our servers at all, this is all held and managed by our dedicated payment platform, who are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.

How to find past invoices

Click 'Open billing portal' to see a list of paid invoices and download a PDF of past invoices.

If there is no “Open Billing Portal” button on your account page, then you are most likely on our manual billing. Please contact support, and we’ll help out.
