How to find deep links and QR codes to sections in your guides
What are Deep Links?
Each Category, Subcategory and Topic in your guide has its own Deep Link which will take the user directly to that specific section.
Use these to provide a response to a guest question or to highlight a specific section of your guidebook that you want them to read.
QR codes for Deep Links
You can also create QR codes for Deep Links, which can be useful for things such as appliance instructions, where you can leave a QR code on the relevant device.
How to find Deep Links:
- Go to Content Hub
- Click on the 3 dots menu for the Category, Subcategory or Topic that you want to link to
- Click on Links & QR in the dropdown
- When the pop-up appears, use the buttons to either copy the link to your clipboard or download a QR code in jpg
- If you have multiple guides in your account, then first select the relevant guide from the dropdown menu
N.B. If you want to download your links in bulk, this can be done via the Downloads button on the Guides page.

A couple of important things to note:
Quick Share Access
These links are tied to your Quick Share link and will therefore also give full access to the rest of your guide. If you use the Invitation process, and want your user/guest’s access to expire on the End Date set on the invitation, or be able to track view counts, then you should not use Deep Links. Instead, you should use the Deep Links option found in the creating/editing Memo message templates screen.
Internal Linking
If you want to link from one section of your guide to another then use Internal Links. See this article for further details on creating internal links.
