Why can’t I add another guide/property?

You can only create a guidebook for one property during your 14 day free trial. To add more guidebooks you must upgrade your subscription. To do this, go to the profile settings wheel on the top right hand corner of your Touch Stay account and click Manage Billing. From the Billing page, click the Upgrade Plan button.

If you have any issues, or receive a message that your account limit is reached, then please contact support and we’ll assist. If you are a property manager, or hotel, operating under a services contract with us, then you may not find any options under the Account tab – should you wish to amend the service contract, please let us know at info@touchstay.com.

Once your subscription supports the number of guides/properties that you need you can proceed with adding a new guide. Learn how to add a new guide in this article.
