Step 1: Connect with Viator


  1. Fill in this quick form 👉 Viator Partner Questionnaire

  2. Receive your unique embed code.

    Once submitted, we’ll send you your personal Viator Widget code, which looks like this:

💡 Tip: Each code is unique, so be sure to use the one provided for your account.


Step 2: Add your Viator embed code to Touch Stay


  1. Go to Settings → Custom elements.
  2. Click + New Custom Element and complete the form.
    • Under Third Party Service, select Viator from the drop-down list.
    • In Element code name, enter your own reference name (or use the one we gave you).
    • In the Viator Widget Code, paste your embed code.
  3. Click Save.

Your Viator widget is now stored in your Touch Stay account and ready to be added anywhere in your guide.

Step 3: Display your Viator widget in your guide


You can place your Viator widget anywhere in your Content Hub, for example, in a section about local attractions or things to do.

If you’d like the widget to appear in its own category:

  1. Go to your Content Hub.
  2. Click + New category and name it something like Local experiences or Things to do.
  3. Add a subcategory to organise your content further.
  4. Click + Add new topic > Your Own Topic
  5. In the Content Box toolbar, select Custom element.

  1. Choose your Viator code from the list to add it to the topic.

  1. Scroll down and activate at least one tag.

  1. Click Submit

FAQs

There is no need for you to create the affiliate link yourself.

As soon as we send you the iframe code for the widget and you add it to the custom element, this will automatically include all the relevant affiliate tracking.

  • How does this affect the guide content?

It doesn’t, but for a better reading experience for the guests, we recommend adding them to a dedicated section in your guide.

  • I have my own Viator account. Can I add my own Widget? 

  1. Connect to your Viator Dashboard
  2. Head to Tools > Affiliate Tools > Create widget
  3. Hit “Create widget” again, choose your destination or attraction, select the language, currency, and add a name to this widget (only visible to you)
  4. Click on “Save and generate code”, and copy the code.
  5. And head back to the steps to add the widget to your Gguide
