How to delete a guide
To delete a guide from your template and remove it permanently from your Touch Stay account, go to Guides, click the 3 dots menu to the right of the guide you want to delete and click 'Delete'.
Tip If you have many guides in your account then you may find it quicker to search for the guide you want to delete by using the search option in the navigation bar at the top right.
If you then need to downgrade your subscription, please follow these steps:
- Click on the user icon at the top right of your screen.
- Select the Billing page.
- Click 'Update Subscription' to adjust the number of guides needed for your account.
Please note that any changes to your subscription will take effect on your next renewal date. For more information about downgrading, please refer to this article.
How to restore a deleted guide
To restore a guide you have deleted, go to Guides and click the bin icon on the top right. Select the guide you want to restore and click 'Restore'. Your guide will be added back into your template.
