Can I Use Touch Stay to Upsell Extras to Guests?

Well, yes and no!

The short answer is that Touch Stay does not have an e-commerce or form creation functionality.

HOWEVER!

No need to reinvent the wheel as there are plenty of excellent 3rd party services out there. You could use one of them to create an order form, with a payment page, then include a link to the form from Touch Stay.

Type Form: https://www.typeform.com/

Much like us, these bits of software specialise in their field, so you’ll find pretty robust forms on offer that should achieve what you need. Then just place a link to the form in the relevant section of Touch Stay.

Wait! There’s more…

You can also take that same concept and create forms for all sorts of information gathering.

For example, perhaps you need to collect information from guests ahead of their stay? Passport scan? Other guest names? Any special occasions?

In which case, use one of those form builders and then include a link to the form from within Touch Stay.

It uses Google Forms as an example but, if you use something like Cognito Forms, you’ll find various templates that you can use and adapt to your specific scenario.
