When creating templates using Message Hub you can set the time of day the message will be sent out. Here's which time zone is used and where to check it.
Table of contents:
Which time zone is used
The time zone used is the time zone at the guide location, and it's set automatically according to the location of the home pin on the guidebook map. The sending time is always based on the guide's time zone.
If a guidebook uses Guidebook defaults for Address settings (Guidebook 2.0), its time zone is your account's time zone. To change it, update the time zone in Guidebook defaults → Property info, or switch off Use Guidebook defaults on that guidebook.
Where to check a guide's time zone
You can check the time zone for each guide (and manually update it in the rare case of errors):
New Hub: open the guidebook, go to the Property info tab and find Time Zone in the Address settings card (Guidebook 2.0) or the Location & Address card (legacy design).
Legacy Hub: open the guide's Guide Details tab.
Scheduled times shown in your Hub
When viewing the timing of scheduled messages, the time displayed is adjusted to the time zone of your local device. In most cases this will be the same as your guide time zone, but if you are not physically in the same time zone as your guide location, the scheduled time may appear different. The message is still sent at the scheduled time in the guide's time zone.
