How to change the fonts or colours used in the guide

This article shows you how to change the fonts and colours for an individual guide. To apply the same fonts and colours to all your guides at once, see How to update the fonts and colours on all my guides at once.

Table of contents:

In the new Hub

  1. Open Guidebooks, select your guidebook and click the Appearance tab.

  2. Find the branding card: Branding: Logo, Colors & Fonts on Guidebook 2.0, or Avatar, Logo & Colors on the legacy design.

  3. If your account has more than one guidebook, switch Use Guidebook defaults off on that card so this guidebook can have its own fonts and colours.

  4. Choose your fonts and colours, then click Save Changes.

In the legacy Hub

Go to Guides and click on the name of the guide where you want to change the fonts or colours. On the Guide Details page click Edit on the Guide Branding section.

To change the fonts or colours for this guide only, click No on Use template level fonts and colours. This opens up a box so you can choose unique fonts or colours for this guide here.

This can be done in the same way for all the guides you may want to have unique font or colours for.

When making changes it may be worth having your guide preview open in another browser tab so that you can refresh the page and see your changes after you’ve saved them.
