When you sign up with the Short Term Rental template, Touch Stay can generate a personalised first guidebook for you using AI and the details of your Airbnb or Booking.com listing.
How it works
After you choose the Short Term Rental template, you can add your Airbnb or Booking.com listing link. Touch Stay fetches the property details, lets you review and edit them, shows a preview where you can choose your colours, and uses AI to generate a guidebook you can keep editing.
Full step-by-step flow
During sign-up, on the template screen, open Short Term Rental, enter the number of properties and click Next.
On the "Have an online listing already?" screen, paste the URL of your Airbnb or Booking.com listing and click Get listing details. Only Airbnb and Booking.com links work. If you'd rather not use a listing, click Continue manually to follow the standard sign-up steps instead.
Touch Stay asks whether you want to connect your Airbnb account. Click Skip to carry on with your public listing details, or Connect to Airbnb to authorise a connection to your Airbnb account.
Wait while Touch Stay fetches your listing data. If it can't fetch the listing or takes too long, you go back to the listing link step with a message, and you can try again.
On Review details, check what Touch Stay found. If it couldn't read much from the listing, you'll be asked to fill in some details yourself. Click Edit next to a section to change it:
Property details, including the Property display name and Property location. To change the Cover photo, click one of the small photos along the bottom of it (shown only when Touch Stay found more than one photo).

Local recommendations: choose the places to include, or click Add your own places
A property name, a country and a valid contact email are required. If one is missing, you'll see "Please check errors".
Use Primary colour and Navigation bar to set your colours. The Guidebook preview next to them shows how your guidebook will look.
Click Generate guidebook. Touch Stay skips the remaining sign-up steps and sets up your account and guidebook. A progress screen shows while it works. When it's done, you're taken into your Touch Stay account.
You can change any detail later on. The full guidebook preview and more edit options are available once you finish setup.
