Turn on the Referral Program to get your referral link and unlock guest referrals in your guidebook.
How to activate it
In the Hub, open Referral program from the main menu. You'll see the headline "Refer a host, earn up to $100 credit."
Read the three ways the program pays out: Earn real credit per referral, Your guidebooks earn too, and No payout hassle.
Tick the checkbox "I accept the Terms and Conditions of the Touch Stay Referral program".
Select Activate program (this stays greyed out until the checkbox is ticked).
What activating does
One activation turns on both tracks at once: your Refer a friend link becomes usable and Guest referrals becomes available in your guidebook. Until you activate, the Referral program page is greyed out and shows "The referral program isn’t active yet." with an Activate program button.
Good to know
Once activated, the Refer a friend track can't be switched off again.
On a paid plan, Guest referrals can be turned off later from the Guest referral tab, even though the initial activation covers both tracks. On the Free plan, Guest referrals stays on and can't be switched off.
