Refer a friend: you earn $25 account credit when a host you referred subscribes to a paid plan for the first time (paid-plan hosts earn $100).

Guest referrals: your guests can still refer other hosts from your guidebook and earn their own $20 voucher, but you don't earn account credit on this track while you're on the Free plan.

Guest referrals is switched on automatically for Free-plan accounts and can't be turned off.

Upgrading to a paid plan increases your Refer a friend reward to $100 and unlocks account credit on Guest referrals.
