When Guest referrals is on, your guests see a card in the guidebook inviting them to recommend Touch Stay — here's exactly what that looks like.
Where it appears
On the guidebook's Home tab, in the moment strip, guests see a card titled Earn travel credits: "Like this guidebook? Recommend it to your next host!" The same referral widget also appears in the Info section, and as a pop-up.
What a guest does
Your guest taps the Earn travel credits card, which opens a screen titled "Earn a $20 reward 🎁": "Like this guidebook? Refer a host you know to Touch Stay." It explains their reward is a $20 voucher of their choice (Amazon, Airbnb, Visa, coffee, and 2,000+ more), redeemable once the host they refer becomes a paying Touch Stay subscriber. They select Get my link, or Maybe later to skip.
They land on "Get your link 🔗": "Just your name & email — that's where your reward link goes. No payout info, no KYC (it's a voucher)." They fill in E-mail, First name, Last name, tick "I'm 18+ and accept the referral terms & conditions", and select Continue.
A final step gives them their own personal referral link to copy and share with the host they have in mind.
Good to know
Your guest's $20 reward is only unlocked once the host they refer becomes a paying Touch Stay subscriber — not when that host simply signs up or starts a trial.
No account or password is needed on the guest's side — just a name, an email address and their consent.
A guest can earn a reward for up to 5 referred hosts who subscribe in the same calendar month. After that, no further voucher is issued that month. Those referrals still count in your referral stats, and you still earn your own credit if you're on a paid plan.
