How to delete or archive a guide


  • Go to your Guides page.
  • Click the three dots menu next to the guide you want to remove.
  • Select Delete.

This action archives the guide; it’s not permanently removed. You can restore it to your account at any time.

💡 Tip: If you have many guides in your account, you may find it quicker to search for the guide you want to remove by using the search option in the navigation bar at the top right.

If you need to downgrade your subscription


After deleting or archiving guides, you may want to adjust your subscription:

  1. Click your user icon (top right).
  2. Select Billing.
  3. Click Update subscription to reduce the number of guides in your plan.

Important

Subscription changes take effect on your next renewal date.

How to restore a deleted guide

  • Go to your Guides page.
  • Click the bin icon (top right) to open your list of deleted guides.
  • Select the guide you want to restore.
  • Click Restore.

When reactivated, your guide will be restored with all your custom content, including topics, images, videos, text, and invitations.


Important notes

  1. If you deleted a Content Hub topic before deleting the guide, any custom content that was under that topic will not be restored, as the parent topic no longer exists.
  2. The soft delete feature for guides was released in July 2024.

    Any guides deleted before that release were permanently removed from the system, as recovery wasn’t available at the time.

    From July 2024 onwards, any deleted guides can be restored at any time.
