The Uplisting integration lets you pass reservation data from Uplisting into Touch Stay custom fields, so you can use it in your guide content and Message Hub templates for each guest.
ℹ️ Uplisting only provides reservation-level data through the integration. There are no listing-level fields, so Uplisting data can't be mapped to a guide custom field or a topic customisation. Listing information such as the WiFi password or cleaning instructions should be added to your guide content in Touch Stay.

Data you can map from Uplisting
The following Uplisting reservation fields can be mapped to a Touch Stay user/guest custom field (linked to your invitations):
Lock Code (Text)
Preferred Guest Name (Text)
Booking Note (Text)
External Reservation ID (Text)
Number of Nights (Number)

Setting up a new data mapping
Go to Integrations in the left sidebar and open the Map data tab.
Click Add new mapping.
In the Uplisting data field picker, choose the field you want to map.
Choose an existing user/guest custom field, or create a new one by giving it a name and any substitute value.
Because all Uplisting fields are reservation-level, you won't see the Choose mapping type step: they always map to a user/guest custom field.
Substitute values are used when no data is available for a reservation. See Field Codes Explained for more detail about field codes.
When the data updates
Reservations that sync from Uplisting after you create the mapping will have the value filled in on their invitation. You can then add the field code to your Message Hub templates or guide content to personalise them for each guest.
There is no "Resync guide data" button for Uplisting, as there is no guide-level data to refresh.
