Your plan sets how many guidebooks your account can have. Once you've used them all, you need to increase your subscription before you can add another guidebook.

During your free trial
You can create one guidebook during your 14-day free trial. To add more, choose a plan:
Open Billing:
New Hub: click your account name at the bottom-left of the sidebar, then Billing.
Legacy Hub: click the person icon at the top right, then Billing.
Click Subscribe now.
In Choose your plan, set the number of properties you need (the label matches your account type, for example rooms or units) and click Continue to payment.
💡 Choosing a plan starts your paid subscription straight away. Any remaining trial days don't carry over.
On a paid plan
Open Billing as described above.
Click Manage Subscription, then Change plan.
In Edit your plan, increase the number of properties. The total updates as you change it, so you can check the new price first.
Click Confirm change.
On some older plans, the Billing page shows Open Billing Portal instead. Click it, then choose Change plan.
💡 Only team members with billing access see Billing. If you can't find it, ask your account owner or an admin to update the plan.
If a message appears when you create a guidebook
If you click Create Guidebook (new Hub) or + Add guide (legacy Hub) when your plan is already full, Touch Stay shows you the next step:
On a free trial or an older plan: a message explains that you need to upgrade. Click Take me there to go to Billing.
On current plans: the plan window opens straight away, so you can add more guidebooks there.
If you're an Editor on an older plan: a message asks you to contact an Admin of this account to upgrade the subscription.
If you see a message with a Contact support button instead, email us at [email protected] and we'll help.
Accounts with a services contract
If you're a property manager or hotel operating under a services contract with us, you may not be able to change your plan from Billing. To amend your service contract, email us at [email protected].
Guidebook limits by plan and role
Free plan: there's no limit on how many guidebooks you can create. What the Free plan limits is how many times each guidebook can be viewed each month.
Scheduled downgrade: if you've set your subscription to downgrade at the end of the billing period, and adding a guidebook would take you above the number you're downgrading to, a warning titled Update subscription? appears. If you click OK, the guidebook is added and your upcoming subscription is updated to include it.
Editor role on an older plan: when your plan is full, a message tells you to contact an Admin of this account to upgrade the subscription first. Click OK to close it.

Once your plan covers the number of guidebooks you need, you can add a new one:
