You can search your content to quickly find a category, subcategory or topic.
Table of contents:
In the new Hub
Type in the Search content... box at the top of the content tree, in Account library → Content Hub or on a guidebook's Guidebook Content tab. The tree filters as you type, so only matching categories, subcategories and topics stay visible. There's no Search button or separate results list.
💡 Search matches titles only, not the text inside your topics. In Content Hub you can also narrow the list with the All Tags filter.
In the legacy Hub
You can search for words and phrases used in your guide template by using the search option in Content Hub or on the guide content page.
Click 'Search content' button to open the search function, then enter the word or phrase you are looking for (at least 2 characters) and click 'Search'. Matching results will now be displayed in a list below, click on the result to be taken to that section.
The search function is available in Content Hub on the top right. Here you can search for any content held in this template.
You can also search for content for specific guides. Go to Guides > Guide content and use the 'Search content' box.
