In the legacy Hub
Go to Content Hub > Tags, choose the tag you want to adjust and click 'Manage topics'.
Here you will find a list of all your subcategories in the left column. Select a subcategory and the topics within that subcategory will appear in the right column.
Use the check boxes to adjust whether a tag is applied to this topic or not.
You can update whole subcategories at a time using the checkbox in the subcategory column
You can select a subcategory and then update the topics individually from the right column.
This is great if you have created a new guide and want to apply certain content just to that guide using tags.
