Switch to the legacy Hub
If you want to return to the classic Hub at any time:
Look at the bottom of the left sidebar in the new Hub.
Click "Switch to legacy hub".
A feedback modal will appear before the switch happens.

Before switching to the legacy Hub, we ask for brief feedback to help us improve the new experience:
Rate how close the new Hub matches your expectations (1–5 scale).
Leave a comment about your experience.
Click Submit.
Both the rating and comment are required — you won't be able to complete the switch without them.
If you change your mind, click Cancel to stay in the new Hub. No feedback is captured and nothing changes.
After submitting, you'll land in the legacy Hub immediately.

Find the "Switch to new Hub" button in the legacy Hub.
Click it.
You're back in the new Hub — immediately, no questions asked.
No modal, no survey, no confirmation. One click and you're there.
Your first time in the new Hub — the welcome pop-up
The first time you land in the redesigned Hub, you'll see a welcome pop-up that:
Explains that the Hub has been redesigned
Summarises what has changed at a high level
Shows you where to find the "Switch to legacy hub" option if you want to go back
Click "Got it" to dismiss the pop-up and start exploring.
This pop-up appears once only — it won't show again after you dismiss it, even if you switch between Hubs and come back later.
Frequently asked questions
Is my data safe when I switch? Yes. Both Hubs read from and write to the same data. Nothing is lost, duplicated or out of sync when you switch. Any changes you make in one Hub are reflected in the other.
Can I switch back and forth multiple times? Yes. You can switch as often as you like. The feedback modal only appears when switching to the legacy Hub. Switching back to the new Hub is always instant.
Will I have to give feedback every time I switch to the legacy Hub? Yes. Each time you click "Switch to legacy hub," the feedback modal appears and requires a rating and comment before completing the switch. This helps us track the experience over time.
Will the legacy Hub go away eventually? The legacy Hub is available during the rollout period. We'll give plenty of notice before any changes. For now, use whichever Hub you prefer — or use both.
