Configure Guest Registration once in your account defaults so every new guidebook picks it up automatically.
What it does
Guidebook defaults → Guest Registration holds one shared configuration. Any guidebook set to Use guidebook defaults follows it automatically.
How to set it up
Go to Guidebook defaults → Guest Registration.
If you see an intro screen, select Set up Guest Registration. New accounts already have it on.
Configure it the same way you would for a single guidebook: the on/off toggles save as you switch them, and field choices are saved with Save inside Form settings.
Good to know
Once your account has two or more guidebooks, each one has its own Use guidebook defaults toggle, on by default, so it inherits your account settings. With a single guidebook the toggle doesn’t appear.
While a guidebook is using the defaults, its Guest Registration controls are locked. Turn Use guidebook defaults off to edit them: the guidebook takes a copy of your account settings and keeps its own configuration from then on, so later changes to the defaults won't reach it.
Turning Use guidebook defaults back on re-applies your account configuration to that guidebook.
There's no Use guidebook defaults toggle on the defaults page itself — that page holds the account configuration itself.
