Timelines and Guest Registration are built to work together with Guidebook 2.0. Here's how the pieces connect.
What it does
Timelines — smart, guest-journey moments — and Guest Registration's full guest-journey experience only work once your account is on Guidebook 2.0. Until you switch, the Timelines and Guest Registration tabs each show a prompt: "Timelines are available in New guidebook only. We introduced next level of smart guidebooks. Check it out!" with an Explore New guidebook button. The Guest Registration tab shows a similar prompt.
How to set it up
Go to Guidebooks → Timelines (or Guest Registration) for your guidebook.
If you see the New guidebook only message, go to General settings → Guidebook experience and click Select on the Guidebook 2.0 card.
Return to Timelines or Guest Registration to set it up.
Good to know
Timelines works best with guest data coming from Guest Registration or Invitations.
Once Timelines is turned on for a guidebook, the timeline-driven Home replaces the standard Home screen for that guidebook.
Switching to Guidebook 2.0 applies to your whole account, so this unlocks Timelines and Guest Registration's full experience for all your guidebooks at once.
FAQ
Why is my Timelines or Guest Registration tab showing a message instead of settings? Your account is still on the legacy design. Switch to Guidebook 2.0 in General settings → Guidebook experience to unlock them.
