Invitation links have a view counter on them so you can see when, and how many times, they have been opened.
Table of contents:
In the new Hub
Go to Messaging & Chat → Invitations. The list shows the invitations for all your guidebooks.
Check the Views and Last viewed columns.
To see only invitations that have or haven't been opened, use Filter by and choose Opened or Unopened.
💡 If you don't see the Views or Last viewed columns, open the table's three-dot menu, choose Choose Columns and tick them.
In the Data Dashboard (new Hub)
To see overall numbers instead of one invitation at a time:
Go to Data Dashboard → Summary.
Under Select guides, choose All guides, one guidebook or a tag.
Under Select date range, choose a period such as Last 7 days, or choose Custom and pick a start and end date.
The page shows Total Views and Total visitors for what you picked.
💡 New views can take a few minutes to show up in the Data Dashboard and in the Views column of the Invitations table.
In the legacy Hub
Go to the “Invite & Share” tab for your guide. In the Invitations table there is a column for “Views”. You can also use the filter to only show those invitations that have been opened or unopened.
Notes
If you view an invitation link yourself then this will also count as a “View” in the table.
The Quick Share link is the same for every guest and hence we can’t track it at an individual guest level.
