This article shows you how to apply the same fonts and colours to all your guides at once. To give individual guides different fonts and colours, see How to change the fonts or colours used in the guide.

In the new Hub
In the new Hub, account-wide fonts and colours are set in Guidebook defaults:
Open Guidebooks and click Guidebook defaults.
Click the Appearance tab and set your fonts and colours.
Click Save Changes.
Every guidebook with Use Guidebook defaults switched on in its Appearance tab uses these fonts and colours, new and existing. There's no "reset all guides" button: to bring a guidebook with its own branding back in line, open its Appearance tab and switch Use Guidebook defaults back on.

In the legacy Hub
To set the fonts and colours for all your guides:
Go to the Settings tab and select the Branding page.
Click Edit in the Fonts & Colours section.
Choose the fonts that will appear in your guide and select your colour scheme.
These fonts and colours will now be the default for all your guides.
If you have multiple guides that have different fonts and colours and you want to reset them all to be the same, tick Reset all guides to use these values at the bottom of the Edit Fonts & Colours box.
