What are Deep Links?
Each Category, Subcategory and Topic in your guide has its own Deep Link which will take the user directly to that specific section. Use these to provide a response to a guest question or to highlight a specific section of your guidebook that you want them to read.
QR codes for Deep Links
You can also create QR codes for Deep Links, which can be useful for things such as appliance instructions, where you can leave a QR code on the relevant device.
Table of contents:
In the new Hub
Open Guidebooks and select the guidebook you want the link for (or use the Editing guidebook dropdown to switch to it).
Click the Guidebook Content tab.
Click the three dots (⋯) next to the category, subcategory or topic you want to link to.
Select Get deep link / QR code.
In the window that opens, click Copy deep link, or download the QR code as an SVG or JPG file.
💡 The link and QR code are for the guidebook you're editing. This option isn't available in Account library → Content Hub, because a deep link always points to a specific guidebook.

In the legacy Hub
Go to Content Hub
Click on the 3 dots menu for the Category, Subcategory or Topic that you want to link to
Click on Links & QR in the dropdown
When the pop-up appears, use the buttons to either copy the link to your clipboard or download a QR code in jpg
If you have multiple guides in your account, then first select the relevant guide from the dropdown menu
Download your links in bulk
New Hub: go to General settings → Downloads. In Deep Links to sections of your Guides, click Download and pick the link type and format, for example Download Category Links CSV.
Legacy Hub: use the Downloads button on the Guides page.
For full instructions, see How to download deep links to sections within your guides.
A couple of important things to note
Quick Share Access
These links are tied to your Quick Share link and will therefore also give full access to the rest of your guide. If you use the Invitation process, and want your user/guest’s access to expire on the End Date set on the invitation, or be able to track view counts, then you should not use these Deep Links. Instead, use the Deep Links option found when creating or editing Message Hub message templates. See How to add deep links to Message Hub templates.
Internal Linking
If you want to link from one section of your guide to another then use Internal Links. See this article for further details on creating internal links.
