How to add deep links to Message Hub templates

As a refresher, deep links allow you to point your guests to specific information within your digital guidebook.

Add a deep link to a message template

You can add deep links for the Categories, Subcategories and Topics in your guide to your Message Hub message templates. This then creates a link to the chosen section of your guide from the unique invitation link.

  1. Go to Messaging & Chat → Templates (legacy Hub: the Message Hub page) and open the template you want to add a link to.

  2. In an email template, click Internal link in the message body toolbar (legacy Hub: Deep link). In an SMS template, use the Deep Links option.

  3. Choose the category, subcategory or topic you want the link to open.

Don't paste Quick Share links

⚠️ Warning: when adding links to message templates, always use the deep link option in the template editor. Don't copy links from Get deep link / QR code in your guidebook content (legacy Hub: Links & QR in Content Hub). Those links take people to the Quick Share link instead of the guest's unique invitation link.
