You can download links to every category, subcategory and topic in your guidebooks. It's a quick way to send guests straight to a specific section — just find the link in the spreadsheet and send it on.
Table of contents:
How to download your deep links
Go to General settings → Downloads.
In the Deep Links to sections of your Guides section, click Download.
Pick the link type and file format in one go, for example Download Category Links CSV or Download Topic Links XLSX. The download starts straight away.
ℹ️ Good to know:
Each download contains one link type. Repeat the steps if you need categories, subcategories and topics.
The file always covers all of your guidebooks — there's no option to download links for just one guidebook. Each guidebook has its own column in the spreadsheet.
A link in a guidebook's column opens the section only if that section belongs to that guidebook. Sections created inside one guidebook don't open from another guidebook's column. Sections from your Account library, which several guidebooks can share, work in the column of each guidebook that shows them.
To get the link or a QR code for a single section, see How to find deep links and QR codes to sections in your guides.
In the legacy Hub
Go to the Guides page and click Downloads. The Deep Links to sections of your Guides section works the same way as described above.
Troubleshooting Safari
We've had some reports of Safari blocking the download as a "pop-up". Keep an eye on your browser address bar when you click download, and approve any pop-up blocker message.
