How to remove an address from the guide cover page

The address of every guide is shown on the Home tab (the cover screen) of your guides. You can hide it, and in the legacy Hub you can replace it with any other text you wish, up to 100 characters.

Table of contents:

In the new Hub

  1. Open the guidebook and go to the Property info tab.

  2. In the Location & Address card, untick Show on front page.

  3. Click Save Changes.

To control whether guests can see the address anywhere in the guidebook, use Address access level in the Address settings card: Always visible, Visible only during the stay or Always hidden.

ℹ️ The new Hub doesn't have a custom cover text field to replace the address.

In the legacy Hub

To remove the address go to Guides > Guide details and click the 'Edit button' to the right of the Guide cover details box.

Scroll to the bottom of the box and set Display address to No. Add the text you wish to show on your cover page in the Custom cover text box. Click 'Save'.

See below for a few examples of the text you can put on the cover page in place of the address.

Top tip: Lots of Touch Stay customers put the WiFi name and password here as this is key information every guide reader wants to know. Placing it here cuts down questions and helps make your guide useful from the first click.
