How to set check-in and check-out times
Open the Guidebooks section from the left sidebar.
Select the guidebook you want to edit (or use the "Editing guidebook" dropdown to switch to it).
Click the Check-in & Wi-Fi access tab.
Set your Check-in after time.
Set your Check-out before time.
Click Save.
Show times on the guidebook front page
Want your guests to see check-in and check-out times as soon as they open your guidebook?
On the Check-in & Wi-Fi access tab, find the Show on front page toggle.
Switch it on to display the times on your guidebook's home screen.
This is especially useful for reducing repetitive guest questions about arrival and departure.
Offer early check-in & late check-out
You can use check-in and check-out as an upsell opportunity:
On the Check-in & Wi-Fi access tab, find the Offer Early check-in & Late check-outs option.
Switch it on to enable this feature.
This allows guests to see and request early check-in or late check-out directly from your guidebook.
Using Guidebook defaults for check-in & check-out
Like other settings in the new Hub, the Check-in & Check-out access tab includes a "Use Guidebook defaults" toggle:
Toggle setting | What happens |
On (default) | This guidebook inherits the check-in and check-out times from your account-level Guidebook defaults |
Off | This guidebook uses its own times, independent of the account default |
This is useful when most of your properties share the same check-in/check-out times but one or two have different schedules.
