How to access the menu
Open your guidebook and go to the Guidebook Content tab.
Find the category, subcategory or topic you want to manage.
Click the three dots (⋯) on the right side of that row.
The menu closes automatically if you click outside it or press Escape.
Edit
What it does: Opens the topic editor so you can update the content.
Click (⋯) → Edit.
The topic editor opens with two tabs:
Tab | What you can do |
Content | Edit the topic title, body text, images, videos and links. Use the toolbar to format text, add bullet points, insert emojis, embed images inline and add internal links to other sections of your guidebook. |
Visibility | Manage which guidebooks and tags this topic is associated with. Control whether the topic is shared across multiple guidebooks or exclusive to this one. |
Make your changes — the live preview on the right updates as you edit.
Click Save.
⚠️ Shared content note: If the topic is shared content (used across multiple guidebooks), you won't be able to edit it directly from the guidebook. Instead, you'll be redirected to the Account library (Content Hub) where the shared topic can be edited. Edits made there will update the topic across every guidebook it appears in.

Duplicate
What it does: Creates an exact copy of the topic.
Click (⋯) → Duplicate.
A copy appears immediately below the original, named "[topic name] (copy)".
Click into the duplicated topic to rename it or edit the content as needed.
💡 When to use this: Duplicating is useful when you want to create a similar topic without starting from scratch — for example, creating entries for multiple restaurants or bedrooms that share a similar format.
A confirmation toast will appear briefly at the bottom of the screen to let you know the duplication was successful.
Duplicating multiple topics or an entire category (bulk actions)
Need to duplicate more than one topic at a time — for example, an entire category or subcategory so you can create an edited version for a second guidebook? Use multi-select instead of duplicating topics one by one.
Go to Account library → Content Hub.
Expand the category or subcategory you want to duplicate.
Tick the checkboxes next to the subcategories or topics you want to include. Selecting a subcategory automatically includes all the topics inside it.
A toolbar appears at the bottom of the screen showing how many topics are selected. Click Bulk actions.
Choose the action you need:
Bulk action | What it does |
Duplicate to guidebook(s) | "Give each guidebook its own copy." Duplicates the selected topics and assigns the copies directly to the guidebook(s) you choose — no separate visibility step needed afterward. |
Duplicate topics | "Copy into another category." Duplicates the selected topics (and their subcategory structure) into a category or subcategory of your choice within the Account library, with tags removed from the copies. |
Assign to guidebook(s) | "Share synced content." Adds the selected (shared, not duplicated) topics to additional guidebooks. |
Tag topics | "Apply tag-based display rules." Adds tags to the selected topics in bulk. |
Delete topics | Permanently deletes all selected topics. |
💡 When to use this: This is the way to duplicate an entire category or subcategory in the new Hub — there's no single "duplicate category" button, but selecting everything inside it and using Duplicate to guidebook(s) or Duplicate topics achieves the same result in one action.
Delete
What it does: Permanently removes the topic.
Click (⋯) → Delete.
A confirmation message appears: "Delete '[topic name]'? This cannot be undone."
Click Confirm to delete, or Cancel to keep it.
⚠️ This action cannot be undone. Once a topic is deleted, it cannot be restored. Double-check before confirming.
If the topic is shared content: The confirmation will warn you which other guidebooks will be affected. For example:
"This topic is shared across 3 guidebooks (Beach Retreat Villa, Mountain Lodge, City Apartment). Deleting it will remove it from all of them. Are you sure?"
Review the list carefully before confirming.
Get link
What it does: Gives you a direct deep link and a printable QR code for that specific section of your guidebook.
Click (⋯) → Get link.
You'll see:
A direct link — click to copy it to your clipboard
A QR code — download or print it
A confirmation toast will appear briefly when the link is copied.
💡 When to use this:
Print a QR code and stick it next to an appliance, linking directly to the "How to use the coffee machine" topic
Add a QR code to a welcome card that links straight to your Wi-Fi details
Share a direct link to a specific topic in a message to a guest
