Switching to Guidebook 2.0 changes how your guidebook looks and feels, but most of what you've already set up carries straight across.
What carries over
Your guidebook content, topics and categories
Translations and supported languages
Campaigns — pop-ups and banners keep working the same way
Invitations, QR codes and your existing guidebook link
What's different
The guidebook opens in a new, faster design with a bottom tab bar (Home, Info, Store, Assistant).
Guests can install the guidebook to their phone's home screen.
In the Hub, your guidebook's Appearance tab changes: you get Front page customizations and Branding: Logo, Colors & Fonts in place of the legacy cover and colour cards.
FAQ
Do I need to change my guidebook link? No — the link, QR code and invitations you already share keep working, and they open the new design automatically.
Do campaigns still work? Yes — pop-up campaigns and banner campaigns both display the same way as in the legacy design.
Can I go back? Yes. Select Legacy design on General settings → Guidebook experience at any time.
