If a widget is missing information it needs, Touch Stay flags it in the Hub and hides it from your guests until it's fixed.
What it does
A widget with missing information stays visible to you, with a message explaining what's needed and a button to fix it, such as Add access code or Add Wi-Fi details. Your guest never sees that widget until the issue is resolved.

How to fix it
Open the moment containing the blocked widget.
Read the message on the widget's card, such as This widget needs Wi-Fi info to work.
Select the button on the card, such as Add access code or Set up Store, and complete the missing information.
Return to Timelines — the widget appears to guests once the issue is resolved.
Good to know
A blocked widget is never sent to your guest's guidebook — it isn't just hidden in their browser — so fixing it is the only way to make it appear.
Widget does not contain any items. has no button: open the widget with Edit and add content.
On Guidebook defaults → Timelines the buttons that lead to a guidebook page aren't offered, because no single guidebook is open there.
Why this is better: Hosts see exactly what's missing and how to fix it, instead of guests hitting broken or empty widgets.
