Timelines gives you 16 widgets to build your moments with, covering everything from access codes to recommended places. Each moment opens with its own starter set already added and turned on; every other widget waits under More widgets, so the exact split differs from moment to moment.
What it does
Every moment opens with a starter set of widgets already added and turned on. Widgets you haven't added yet appear under More widgets; select Add to moment to bring one in.
The Pre-arrival starter set

Weather — weather at the property on arrival and for the following 4 days.
Useful info — select relevant content to display from your account library.
Guest referral — let your guest spread Touch Stay and earn with them.
Local guide — a link to your Local guide with a map.
Recommended places — places you recommend, such as luggage storage or good restaurants.
The other widgets you can add
Access code — display the access code right away for smooth check-in.
Recommended store items — showcase your top-sellers.
Local experiences — offer tours and local experiences via Viator.
Wi-Fi Access — offer internet access seamlessly (Wi-Fi details need to be provided).
Leave a review — ask your guest for a review while the stay is fresh.
Social media links — ask happy guests for a follow on your socials.
Taxi services — a shortcut to taxis in the area, using the property location.
Food delivery services — top restaurants nearby (shown only where the service is available at your property's location).
Good to know
Some widgets, like Host details and Wi-Fi Access, need no setup — they pull from your guidebook automatically. Others, like Access code or Useful info, have their own Edit settings.
Guest referral's visibility toggle is locked on — it can't be switched off for a moment it's added to.
Use the row's move-up / move-down controls or drag it to reposition a widget.
Why this is better: Hosts have a full toolkit of ready-made widgets instead of building content blocks from scratch.
