Editing images

If you need to crop or rotate an image after it has been uploaded to Touch Stay, you can do it in the image editor.

Table of contents:

In the new Hub

The new Hub doesn't have a menu entry for your image library yet, so the image editor isn't reachable from the new Hub's menus. To crop or rotate an image you've already uploaded, either:

  • switch to the legacy Hub (Switch to legacy hub at the bottom of the left sidebar) and follow the steps below, or

  • crop or rotate the image on your computer before you upload it.

Your edits show wherever the image is used, in both Hubs.

In the legacy Hub

You can edit images from the Media tab in Content Hub or the Guide Media page in guides.

From either place, the method for editing an image is the same. Go to the image you want to edit and click the pencil icon to open the Edit Photo window.

Click Edit Photo, then use Rotate Left or Rotate Right to rotate the image, or drag the crop box to adjust it. Click Apply to keep your changes (or Cancel), then click Save.

undefined

Your photo is now edited and the changes will be shown wherever the edited image is shown in your guide.
